A while ago, my dear friend Steve Hardison told me to read this book called: The 3 Laws of Performance by Steve Zaffron and Dave Logan.
The following personal email is what I send my Executives, CEO’s, Entrepreneurs, Start-up organizations and all my clients on how to tap into the Universal law that creates worlds into his or her life, company, and relationships.
There was one question that intrigued me in the book. It brought up a brilliant point of where is the corporate entity now. With all the social media channels looking upon companies and the corporation acting as a ‘person’ that has the right to sue and be sued, where is the corporate entity today? And is it something more? Where is it going?
I played with this question in my head, like a kid blowing an air bubble, built it strong and released my thoughts to see where it was going or where it would land, what form or shape it would morph into and hoping it wouldn’t pop so I can see it dance longer in the wind.
And well, it happened. It popped a solution. It morphed into a beautiful perspective.
Company Structure:
The view of the corporation being like a person with values and how it operates is interesting to me. I see a corporation as a country. We have the Directors who act as the Senate making sure the company abides by the laws and advising, the CEO as a Prime Minister, President or Royalty, and the staff and employees as the citizens. These are my thoughts that have played with me and as I look at the state of today, with people wanting more out of the corporation, perhaps this feudal like system is outdated. Perhaps we as humanity and the citizens of this world are asking for more.
Perhaps it is neither Country nor Person … Perhaps it is a Kingdom! The kingdom that lives in each and every one of us; The kingdom found within.
Vibrational Community:
The corporation lives in the hearts and souls of its people. They come together and congregate, new ideas form, there is conflict, struggle, looking for truths like a fine Greek play. Who is the heroine and who is the antithesis? This is all internal I believe. I believe the kingdom is a mirror or a reflection of the internal vibrational energy of the Founders, CEO, Directors and decision makers. It’s in its citizens for even citizens like Gandhi can overthrow a rule(s) of laws that no longer serves them.
There was a story a friend of mine, Dr. Morris, told me. He asked if I heard the tale of The Fisher King. This was the version he told me or of what I can recollect. One day, a King found that his kingdom was not thriving. The crops were doing poorly, the drought, the sadness among its people looking for answers on what to do. One day, a brave man went up to the king, and with a bit of trepidation yet full of courage proclaimed and challenged the king that he was sick (ill in health). The King, with much surprise, understood this and indeed he was ill. As soon as he acknowledged this, it rained, the crops grew, the drought vanished and the kingdom flourished. And he thanked the young man for caring enough to bring this to his attention.
I know that the kingdom within lives within the creator of the company. The leaders, the inspirers, the committed for the greater good. The ones taking thought to a new place, the creators, the powerful manifestors, the ones that love what they do and do what they love. The ones who align with the ideas and solutions are at a whole other realm of vibrational plane that we ALL have access to!
The Kingdom:
So what is a kingdom? Is it not a thought? Is a company not a thought? Even prior to manifestation? Is it not energy? Did the team players or members of the company not come together to create a vibrational version, an energy version, a thought, of the company first and foremost? Yes they did. What is it that they need to do to bring it into fruition? To this I say: Alignment. Alignment. Alignment. Each and every member needs to or can choose to align to that great thought, that solution, to be the realizer or the embodiment or essence of the pure company. Each and every member can align with that company’s vision and build it as strong as Egypt or Rome! Where people today still stand in its legacy and ruins of its amazement and grander!
This is why so many articles now more than ever are calling for flexible work hours, for days off, for something more for those who want to play in that realm.
Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace:
Emotional Intelligence is vibrational intelligence. Each person is a key player in contributing his or her genius to the company. When a company pays for hours what are they really paying for? Time? They want the 8 hours/day. I ask is it the 8 hours you want or do you want the ideas? The creativity? The innovation? These grand concepts and ideas are not a slave to time and are not birthed because the 8-hour mark came up! Ideas cannot nor have not been tamed by time. Time was made for the flesh, not for the infinite nature of eternal beings. Here’s the thing, people think the 9-5 system is the bondage. The bondage is the thought or thinking that this is the only system for them!
One has to ask, “How do I play in the eternal? How do I play in the world of the Gods?” Now that is a question! There is a whole other beast!
And they say, once you have discovered these rules let it apply to all of humanity, as if we are sameness. As if we were not variety. As if we didn’t come here to expand in joy and explore contrast. The beast cannot be tamed. It must be experienced by the eye of the beholder. And each individual comes up with its own eternal beast ready to be explored. It is so unique to that individual, as unique as his or her own DNA! And at the same time an idea can also benefit the masses if the masses asked for, dreamt it up.
Variety is key. Not only in the workplace but also for humanity. There was a German philosopher, Oswald Spengler, who was called to help in the formation the UN. He politely declined with a written letter stating he was not interested because he said we did not come here to be in agreement with each other and be the same. Conflict or contrast brings about evolution. This can be taken negatively or it can be taken generally saying there is great value in variety for this world. Tune into life force. Tune into your frequency. Raise your vibration. And bring that to your company. Bring that to your board meeting and see what happens!
Creating High Performance Teams – Vibrationally:
This is why one in alignment can overthrow and overturn anything. One person. One athlete. One CEO. They act like magnets. Can you recall a magnet fully charged and what it does to other elements when it becomes magnetized? They become fully charged! All other pieces stand in perfect mathematical and symmetrical order as by attention like an army to a General and bam! Just like that! They are ready. Willing and inspired by this one aligned human being to be the fullest expression of him or herself. Now imagine if a company can help co-create other ‘magnets’ or leaders and provide an environment that understands and utilizes this energy that creates worlds. That same magnet that you can’t see how it works but it just attracts! Law of Attraction at its best! The Gandhi magnet. The Mandela magnet. The Einstein magnet who said the mind of a Solution is different than that of a problem. One who understands the value of both questions and answers and how do you get good answers in life? You ask good questions.
A company that doesn’t provide policies and procedures out of restrictions or restricts time but implements and utilizes abundance, energy, vibration, and alignment. A company that builds its foundation knowing these laws of the universe will flourish unlike any other company we have yet seen.
The Empire of Consciousness:
This new Empire I call the Empire of Consciousness. The Empire of Vibration. The Empire of utilizing Universal Laws. That energy that knows no time, is ageless, formless, infinite yet can breathe shapes, can breathe great ideas into the minds of the receivers and creators willing to carve the path.
Nicola Tesla – “My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists.”
Technology is growing. Robots are replacing jobs. This is creating contrast to propel us to evolve to something more and find a new and even more fulfilling way of doing things.
Buckminster Fuller – “We should do away with the absolutely specious notion that everybody has to earn a living. It is a fact today that one in ten thousand of us can make a technological breakthrough capable of supporting all the rest. The youth of today are absolutely right in recognizing this nonsense of earning a living. We keep inventing jobs because of this false idea that everybody has to be employed at some kind of drudgery because, according to Malthusian Darwinian theory he must justify his right to exist. So we have inspectors of inspectors and people making instruments for inspectors to inspect inspectors. The true business of people should be to go back to school and think about whatever it was they were thinking about before somebody came along and told them they had to earn a living.”
Company Culture – Deliberate Creation Culture:
Companies are giving flex days, paid vacation, looking for employee longevity and commitment. Offering perks and vacations. This is all good I just ask why!? Why are they offering this? Yes the world is changing but why this shift? Because one who understands energy knows that the greatest ideas, like SHIPS, dock at calm waters. And when you have large ripples and waves, you push creativity, solution, and innovation away. They don’t dock at your shore. They dock at another mind that is quieter with calm waters asking for the same solution. That is why we create an atmosphere or ambiance which creates calm waters! Because the basis and large premise is that we are vibrational beings. We are consciousness running an avatar. And the old corporations are making rules for the avatar ONLY. Why not make it for the avatar (rest, food, perks) and the eternal mind. The meditative mind. The vibrational mind. Consciousness. Why not build a company culture that raises your vibration! Image the ideas, the rendezvous moments, the synchronicities, the magic and miracles that would occur!
So, those companies that implement and breathe this and have come to know in their company and implement these universal laws that I have come to know so dearly, they will know how to leverage the universal stream of consciousness. The old ways of working hard and carrying a 200 lbs desire on your back to a destination is over! I show people and ask the load barer, ‘Sir, there is a jet plane at the end of this lane. Take your desire, put it on this trolley and you will have people help you along the way and make this journey a fun ride to your destination.’ And some say well that’s cheating, or that’s lazy, you can’t use a trolley, you can’t use a wheel and leverage the universal stream, he should carry it on his back like the rest of us did and I say, why not this way? You can choose to do that, but I’ll choose my jet plane because it’s open for all and it is the power of leveraging the universe.
So, to sum it up, if Michelangelo saw the image before he started carving the stone; the company is already built in an image and seen through its co-founders and leaders. You simply have to focus your energy and the energy of the team on the ideal. The image of what you are standing for and chisel out the stuff that doesn’t belong. In fact, it naturally falls off as you focus on what it is that you do want. It is created once the individuals lined up with the solution to their question. And as they spoke and focused more energy into it, it was birthed. You just have to mould your hands in the clay and create it. And once your masterpiece is complete, ask yourself, now what? For we are magnificent creators and we never get it done.
