Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming

Alright, roll your sleeves up, we are about to hit the Dream Series! And not just any Dream Series, we are taking this to a place it hasn’t been before!

But, before we jump into it we gotta’ start somewhere. Let’s first start with – Lucid Dreaming and what is a Lucid Dream?

What is a lucid dream?

A lucid dream is when the dreamer is having a dream and is aware that he or she is in the dream state.

Have you ever had any of those before?

So, you WAKE UP in your dream!

How can you benefit from being a lucid dreamer? Well, let me demonstrate an example for you.

Pam’s Lucid Dreaming Experience:

When Dad transformed into non-physical energy there was only ONE thing that I wanted at that time. A HUG. That was it. Just a hug.

Step One In Deliberate Creation – ASK. DONE.

Step Two in Deliberate Creation – THE HOW = NOT MY JOB. SOURCE PICKS UP THE CALL, SENDS ME A CARROT OR INSPIRED IMPULSES TO RECEIVE MY WISH.

Step Three – Be in a state of RECEIVING.

I didn’t intend on receiving his hug in my dream state, but that was the path of least resistance for me. I was sitting with a few people around me in a huge room. I think we were watching TV. I know! I was watching TV in my dream? And then, from the door behind me, my Dad appeared. He looked to be in the same physical state that he left in as in same age. He walked over and I was like, ‘Oh my God, DAD! Is that YOU?!’ And then, it occurred to me – I was dreaming. Now I entered the lucid dreaming state. I said, ‘Right, this is all a dream and none of this is real.’  Yet something happened. Some sort of conversation took place. I questioned my comment of it being real. Dad extended his arm and raised his hand up as if he were pushing his hand against something. I slowly placed my hand over his finger tips and then his hand. I touched my Dad. OH MY GOD THIS IS REAL! And then I cried and told him how much I missed him. I gave him the biggest hug ever!!! And then I woke up.

My Dad gave me a hug. I got my wish!

Scientists and those who choose to be oblivious to the most important skill of our time – IMAGINATION, may say “THAT IS NOT REAL.” I beg to differ. As Bashar says, I–magician–nation. We are a nation of magicians. We are creators. I co-created with my Dad in the dream realm to receive my wish. Keep in mind we are all eternal beings so the eternal nature of us can enter the realm of dreaming. So the higher mind speaks to the physical mind via imagination! It is all real! Where do you think some of the greatest inventions come from?

Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”

As you can see, there are many benefits of lucid dreaming. It is also a safe place where you can confront challenges or practice new concepts and ideas in your life.

TIP:

I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU KEEP A PEN AND PAD NEAR YOU FOR WHEN YOU WAKE UP.  Some of the most brilliant discoveries of our time were documented this way.

If you forget your dream, set the intent and say this out loud: “Universe (or God or whomever you believe in!) I want to remember what it is that I need to know when I wake up from my dream. Make it fresh for me so I can remember.”

Here’s something for you. This whole physical plane is a dream that your inner being, soul, is creating. We have chosen to play in this time space reality and have the illusion of continual time when each day is a series of new dreams.

But, I digress.

Right now, in this moment. Think of something you want or a question you want an answer to. Now, let’s enter the lucid dreaming state.

How to practice lucid dreaming:

A lot of times, humans want steps or a series of events to help them get from A to B. It is not needed but if it helps you then do so.

You can just set the intention that prior to sleeping you want to lucid dream.

Say to yourself:

“I want to be aware that I am entering my dream state.
Let me know with an exclamation mark that I am lucid dreaming.”

For example, I dreamt of things that were not typical and I knew that I was dreaming. When I was done with my dream, I ‘pinched’ myself in my dream state to wake me up back in my body, and I woke up. I knew I was lucid dreaming because of the symbols and imagery that was in it. So, I reiterate to you to ask your inner being, ask your soul or your higher mind to gift you with an image so that you know, like really know with an EXCLAMATION MARK that you have entered the dream state. Be it a symbol, a feeling or an image.

I always ask my Highest Guide to wake me up for meditations in the morning. Lo and behold, I hear a knock in the early morning from 3am to 5am.  There is nothing around, and sometimes I hear a knock at the window. If you want to play with the BEST OF THEM, PREPARE YOURSELF mentally, physically and spiritually. It is important to be at your highest vibration, for you can enter low frequency dreams versus high frequency dreams. Even if it is a low frequency dream, don’t worry because it still serves you by reflecting an image back to you as feedback to what vibration you are floating in. Take it as feedback. Your self-awareness is good enough and is a step in the right direction.

Here’s the key. Consciousness is not limited to a body. Consciousness does not need a body and can project itself anywhere! Anytime! The body is the leading edge construction of consciousness. Consciousness carved out your body to focus itself into being. That’s bloody brilliant! We’re ALL bloody brilliant!

So in a nutshell, that is a guideline on lucid dreaming.

NOW, where I am going next hasn’t been done before.

I am taking a whole new step with this! As in IRD, Interstellar Receptive Dreaming.
